We discover that Panpoot has won the two other international tournaments other
than the Tenka'ichi Budokai. He tells Goku that he will win in 30 seconds.
When he attacks Goku, Goku parries his blow and elbows Panpoot three times fast
enough that it appears to normal people that it was just one blow. This knocks
Panpoot unconscious.
After the match, Jackie Chun explains that Kuririn and Goku have advanced to a new
level of strength, to the point where those that are very powerful at the normal
level now seem weak to them.
