DBZ Episode Summaries Japanese Episode 133And The Terror Becomes Reality... Number 17 and Number 18 Awaken Kuririn, Piccolo, and Tenshinhan arrive at North City before Vegeta and Trunks do. They split up and look for Dr. Gero's lab. As Dr. Gero heads to his lab, he is shot at by a hunter who mistakes him for a deer. The hunter comes out to see if Dr. Gero is hurt and apologizes. Kuririn hears a blast and finds the hunter hanging from a tree. He finds out from the hunter where Dr. Gero went and follows the foot tracks. Dr. Gero ambushes Kuririn and decides not to take his energy because he finds Kuririn to be too weak. He tells Kuririn he will let him live since he will die soon anyway. Kuririn finds Dr. Gero again, but this time sees Dr. Gero entering his laboratory. Kuririn yells out telepathically to everyone that he found Gero's lab. Piccolo and Tenshinhan arrive first and they start to try to knock down the entrance door. Dr. Gero activates Androids 17 and 18, who act very polite to him since he has a deactivation controller in his hand. When Dr. Gero turns around, Android 17 swipes the controller from Dr. Gero and breaks it because he doesn't want to be put to sleep anymore. As Dr. Gero scolds Androids 17 and 18, Kuririn hears and realizes that they have been activated. Vegeta and Trunks arrive and, despite Trunks's pleas to wait for Goku, Vegeta blasts the door open.
