King Kai) is on Dai Kaio-sama's planet, he runs into Western Kaio-sama, who can't believe that a Kaio-sama is dead. He gets Eastern and Southern Kaio-samas to come and proposes that, since they haven't been together in 300 years, have a tournament. Western Kaio-sama proposes the idea of the tournament to Dai Kaio-sama, who accepts the idea and tells everyone he will train whoever wins (which is a great honor, considering he hasn't trained anyone in so long). So, Dai Kaio-sama shows everyone to the place where it can be held. They walk through a door into a large space-like place. Goku says out loud that he will do his best to win the tournament and get trained by Dai Kaio-sama. Eastern Kaio-sama tells him that no one knew that he wanted to participate and that he must be greatly under-estimating Heaven's fighters. So, she challenges Goku to a race. She will ride a hover-motorcycle and Goku will fly. The winner will be the one who gets through the goal first wins. Southern Kaio-sama fires off a gun to start the race and they both head to the goal. When they get through, Dai Kaio-sama is sitting there and says that he won, because he never said that he wasn't in the race. Next, they are all in a big arena on top of a massive floating rock. All around them are small moons and there is a large, white platform in the middle of the arena, with Daio Kaio-sama sitting in a large chair. He tells everyone that he hopes both the people fighting and the people watching enjoy themselves in the tournament. Next, a guy with a mushroom-like head announces that the tournament will be held in commemoration of Northern Kaio-sama's death. Then he announces all of the tournament's rules. The Rules: Each Milky Way (North, East, South, West) sends four representatives. They will draw who their opponent is. A knockout system with no time limit is adopted. Those who fall outside the ring, cry, or admit defeat lose. Eye poking and hitting below the belt is not aloud. No one has to be worried about geting killed because everyone is already dead. The Champion is to be trained by Dai Kaio-sama himself.
