Episodes 67-69
Episode 67: Freeza's Second Transformation

Freeza resumes trashing Piccolo, but Piccolo removes his armor.
He then charges up, angry at Freeza and starts to beat him up.
Freeza escapes Piccolo's blasts and reveals he has two more forms left.
He transforms into his butt-ugly third form and proves to be much faster than Piccolo now.
Vegeta remembers Dende's healing power and devises a plan.
Gohan flies to help Piccolo and Vegeta stops Krillin, telling him to beat him up [vegeta] so he can become stronger than ever after Dende revives him.
Episode 68: Another Transformation??
Air Date: September 30, 1999 @ 5PM Eastern
Japanese Episode: 83 - Air Date: March 20, 1991
When Freeza sees Gohan coming, he blasts Piccolo to the ground.
Gohan does a masenko at Freeza, slowly pushing him to the ground.
Freeza eventually pushes it back at Gohan.
Piccolo saves Gohan by blowing up the oncoming blast before it hits Gohan.
To finish things quickly, Freeza starts to mutate into his ultimate form.
Vegeta tells Krillin of his plan and Krillin refuses.
When Krillin finally shoots Vegeta, Vegeta knocks the small blast aside, saying it'll have to be better.
He goes to hit Krillin for being so stubborn and Krillin closes his eyes and blasts a hole through Vegeta.
Vegeta tries to get Dende to heal him, but Dende refuses and flies away saying he can't.
As Dende heals Piccolo, Freeza side-glances and sees the event taking place.
After Piccolo is fully healed, Krillin, Gohan, and Nail tell Dende healing Vegeta is their only hope.
Dende reveals he doesn't want to because Vegeta killed so many Nameks.
After Freeza completes his final transformation, Dende heals Vegeta.
Angry, Vegeta kicks Dende.
Episode 69: Dende's Demise
Air Date: October 1, 1999 @ 5PM Eastern
Japanese Episode: 84 - Air Date: March 27, 1991
Everybody senses Freeza's horrible, new power.
Freeza immediately blows away Dende, turning the kid into a charred corpse.
No one can believe Freeza killed Dende.
Freeza appears behind Krillin, Gohan, and Piccolo and they attack him.
He easily evades their attacks while Vegeta watches.
Freeza shoots at Gohan, but Vegeta pushes Gohan out of the way, saving him.
Vegeta walks forward to Freeza, saying he is a super saiyajin.
Then Vegeta charges up for a long time. Unfortunately, Freeza is still able to evade all of
Vegeta's powerful attacks.
