Episode 57: Goku is Ginyu & Ginyu is Goku
Air Date: September 15, 1999 @ 5PM Eastern

Freeza realizes Nail is taking them elsewhere to waste time, and Freeza stops him. He explains since he greatly outnumbers Nail's power level, he will fight using only one arm. Then, Freeza rips off Nail's arm and is astonished to learn Nameks can regenerate their body parts. After an attack from dinosaurs, it looks as if Bulma is to be eaten, but she is saved by Krillin and Gohan. Then she scolds them for leaving her alone for so long. Gohan takes her dragon radar out of her pocket and tells her that Goku has arrived on Namek. They take off again to go find the dragonballs, leaving Bulma alone... again. Meanwhile, Ginyu delivers a near fatal blow to himself and switches bodies with Goku, causing Goku to be nearly powerless in Ginyu's body. Ginyu and Jeice take off to Freeza's ship, leaving Goku alone in Ginyu's injured body.

Episode 58: Calling the Eternal Dragon
Air Date: September 16, 1999 @ 5PM Eastern

Vegeta arrives at Freeza's ship and kills all of the remaining guards. Afterwards, Vegeta changes into new armor. As Ginyu and Jeice head to Freeza's ship, Krillin and Gohan dig up the dragonballs. As Vegeta watches, they summon the dragon, but to their surprise nothing happens. Krillin and Gohan realize they need a different password than what they say on Earth. Ginyu in Goku's body and Jeice arrive. As Gohan hides, Krillin talks casually to Ginyu because he thinks he's Goku. Then, he wonders why Jeice is there with him. Ginyu hits Krillin and Gohan yells out that it isn't his dad. After a quarrel, Goku in Ginyu's body arrives and Ginyu (in Goku's body) starts to power up, estimating his power to be at 180,000.

Episode 59: Gohan Defeat Your Dad!
Air Date: September 17, 1999 @ 5PM Eastern

Jeice gives a readout for Ginyu (in Goku's body) at 23,000... and getting weaker. Krillin hits Ginyu (in Goku's body) and Gohan isn't able to because it looks like his dad. Krillin talks him into it and they fight Ginyu in Goku's body. Ginyu tells Jeice to help but Vegeta comes from behind and gets Jeice to fight him. Jeice reads Vegeta's power level as much higher than he expected. Then, Vegeta resumes to beat up Jeice. As Nail continues to stall Freeza by fighting him, Gohan and Krillin continue to fight with Ginyu (in Goku's body). When Ginyu goes to blast Gohan, Goku in Ginyu's body deflects the blast and they all team up to fight Ginyu in Goku's body. After Vegeta kills Jeice, Ginyu yells that he's no super saiyajin. Vegeta gets angry and starts to beat up Ginyu (which is a very crappy "translation," since, in the manga, Vegeta attacks Ginyu in Goku's body just to beat up Goku's body for once). Then, Ginyu starts to switch bodies with Vegeta.

Episode 60: Captain Ginyu... The Frog
Air Date: September 20, 1999 @ 5PM Eastern

As Ginyu attempts to switch bodies with Vegeta, Goku (in Ginyu's body) jumps in the way and they switch bodies, causing Goku to get his old body back and Ginyu his. Then Goku does his infamous "dump kamehameha" and Ginyu attempts to switch with Vegeta again. This time, the injured Goku hurls a frog in the way and Ginyu switches with the frog. Surprisingly, Vegeta lets Ginyu's body and Ginyu (in the frog's body) get away and shows Goku to an older-model healing tank in Freeza's ship. This is when Krillin and Gohan get into the saiyajin armor. Meanwhile, Nail tries to stall Freeza by continuing their battle.
